I wanted to pass on a fantastic recommendation to Platinum Service. My A/C system took a nose dive on a Saturday. So I called Platinum Service. 30 minutes later, and after a thorough review of my vintage 1982 system, it was decided that it needed to be replaced. The owner of Platinum Service, Stan, and I discussed many options that spanned the spectrum in costs. With Stan’s recommendation, and bright and early on Monday, Stan and his assistant were installing a new system in my home. By noon my place was cool and humidity free. The Platinum Service personnel were professional, clean, prompt and most of all, caring about the customer. I would highly recommend him to service any equipment he is capable of servicing. He knows his stuff and his prices are hard to beat. So when in need of service, do not hesitate to call Platinum Service!

I was very happy with the prompt response and professionalism of Platinum Service. Stan was upfront with me about costs and labor. I felt very comfortable with him as the job was finished earlier than expected and for the money that was quoted. Many Thanks for a Job Well Done
First of all thanks to Google for making this site available to the consumer so we can help to keep great businesses working by recommendations made here. Many Thanks to Platinum for a job well done. Called them this morning with a frozen coil in my home air conditioner and he had the leak fixed,recharged and back online in no time. The other company I had check the system last year when it happened the first time were unable/unwilling to locate the leak so they refilled the system and suggested a return trip to find and fix it. Stan had the tools and knowledge to repair the system on his first visit for a very reasonable cost in almost the same time it took the first company to refill it. I definitely recommend Platinum Service and would call again.

Wow…Great price and service!
Called them Monday morning…Stan was out at my house by 10:00am and was done by 12:30pm. My A/C was making noises…he even had to go and get a part and it sill cost me less than $200. I researched them on BBB and they came back clean. Would definetly use them again and highly recommend them. In a industry thats hard to find someone you can trust, Stan fills that void.
