With a home watch service, I have occasion to be in and out of many local homes. Several times I have called Stan at Platinum Service for AC service at a clients home. Last week around 8pm my wife called to tell me that our air conditioner was not working. Temperature was still in the mid 80′s and Florida humid. These conditions make it difficult to get a good nights sleep before the next day. We had used platinum service before to replace a coil and gave them a call. They showed up within 30 minutes and had my unit working in no time (a capacitor problem). They are very courtious, prompt and professional. They only fix what needs to be fixed at a reasonable price and they do it right the first time. I would highly recommend this local business for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.
Platinum Service A/C…a.k.a. “The Best!” Recently bought a home and our unit was not running efficiently. After calling two other services that did not return my call, I found Platinum Service A/C. Within 24 hours of my call they came out and serviced our unit for a very reasonable price. Make sure if you have A/C troubles you call Platinum Service A/C…You will not be disappointed!

I was unhappy with the quote I received from a competitor, I called Platinum and ask them to look at my problem without telling them the services recommended by the other company. Platinum charged my $215 to fix my problem the other company wanted to charge me over $800. My system is currently working fine in some of the hottest weather we have had in recent history on Cape Coral. I will use Platinum Service A/C in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
